Patience Pays Off

There are times when you need to remember that patience pays off. I was reading about this one couple in Missouri who had to wait patiently and expedience life while getting to their point. They by definition are strange and not normal as they have traded the busy lives that we have these days and gone for a mortgage free lifestyle.

That is yet a dream for me and not sure what the day would hold if you did not have to worry about paying a mortgage. It reminds me of what steps that are left to be done to get there. The reality is that often life happens and you need reminders to focus on. This is certainly where patience pays off as it takes a while to correct a poor decision.

This is something that is often overlooked in today’s society and by people in general. You take your pick whether it is financial, moral, physical, or emotional it sure seems a lot easier to get in trouble than it is to get out. Oftentimes you could make a 10 minute mistake and pay for it the rest of your life.

Fortunately most of us do not get in trouble overnight and we must remember that patience pays off and we will not get out of it overnight. This story was a great reminder for me personally on perseverance does have rewards.
