Cold Civil War

I had the pleasure of reading an essay by Benjamin Smith talking about the Cold Civil War. My personal opinion is that this is a brilliant analysis of the current situation our country faces. We have already discussed what would happen in Civil War 2 courtesy of Matt Bracken. We must avoid that outcome at all costs.It is almost a universal thought that the United States is at a pivotal point in history. I am not sure if the country has ever been this divided and Mr. Smith points out the evil forces that are in play.

I think it is imperative to point out he lays the blame at the right place:

“It must be noted that this current Administration is not the only perpetrator. A long history of Administrations, both Republican and Democrat, have eaten away at our freedom.”

This is a vital reminder that we have been sold out by the current 2 party system. The assault on the Constitution started shortly after it was ratified.

It has been a long running assault that continues to escalate. What can you do to prepare?

“Keep preparing for rough times ahead. Stock your pantry in preparation for lean days, even as the regime attempts to make such things illegal. Focus your mind on liberty, that it should never die.

I cannot tell you exactly what is coming but I know, as do you, that something unprecedented in American history, perhaps even all human history, is coming soon.”

The answers seem to be clear. We all should be prepared for a wide range of events. A deep larder, well stocked first aid kit, guns and ammo to protect us, and Christian charity are what will keep this country safe.

No matter if the event happens today or 2,000 years from now the efforts and preparations you put forth today will not go to waste. It will bring you comfort and a hedge against inflation by preparing today.

Some people wonder why we do not seek out another country or state to make our stand. I can not answer for anyone, but for myself this is the place my family calls home.Dating back to the the Regulator War that we talked about I have ancestors that have fought for independence and liberty. I know of at least 7 ancestors, which I am sure there are probably more, that have fought for the Old North state in the Regulator War, American Revolution, or the Civil War.

It would be a disservice to those ancestors if I simply left because it was an uphill battle. Their blood courses through my veins and I am certain that they would never have stood for the atrocities that our forced upon us by Washington.

Time for the real Patriots to stand up. Mr. Smith I will stand with you and have been preparing to defend the American way of life. The time is now men of courage to come join us!
