We like to have this at least once a month. The ability to pull some home canned stuff from the pantry and quickly make a meal is invaluable. There are 3 good reasons we started canning. I might have to go back and add another reason because it sure can make fixing dinner easy when most of the work is already done. I encourage you to try out Fiesta TexMex Chicken Pasta and let us know your thoughts.
