Because He Lives

Any Gospel fans may be familiar with this hymn. What a beautiful hymn that was written by the Gaithers reportedly when they needed to be reminded that our Savior Jesus Christ lives. It sounds great being sung by a full church.

God sent His son, they called Him Jesus
He came to love, heal, and forgive.
He lived and died to buy my pardon,
An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives.

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow.

Because I know He holds the future,
