Today we have a great recipe when you have fresh spinach! Our family enjoys this one on a regular basis when spinach is ready.
Spinach Beef Bake
Spinach Beef Bake is a great way to incorporate more dense green vegetables into your menus
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 bag Fresh Spinach
- 4 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
- 4 ounces Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 ounce Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbps butter melted
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients except butter and Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake uncovered in 375° oven for 25-30 minutes.
