Naval Empires Rule

Been a long time in and interesting part of history, but still shaking my head at what we have become. History is a pretty good example that naval empires rule. We no longer rule the seas as the following picture and post indicates.

Now is the time for one of the rising Naval Empires to flex their muscle. We are failing at the ability to project power. Watch out Hawaii as the United States is failing to remember that Naval Empires Rule. A long way from the Great White Fleet!
