Labor Market Changing

I was reading an interesting article on How Independent Contractors Make More Money for Everyone by Bill Rounds. It seems to highlight what I see as a change in the labor market.

No longer are employees to be paid for punching a clock. It is about performance and why not get out of the headaches of having an employee. As more and more people work from remote locations Independent Contractors are the way to go. The labor market changing also includes tax benefits for both sides.

Interesting read and something I think we will see more in the future. Who else would like to make $150,000 tax free?
