Spinach Beef Bake

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 bag Fresh Spinach
- 4 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
- 4 ounces Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 ounce Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbps butter melted
- Brown the ground beef and onion.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients except butter and Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake uncovered in 375° oven for 25-30 minutes.
