Creamy Chicken Casserole!

Creamy Chicken Casserole is a great use of chicken that is already been cooked. We substitute in rabbit and homemade crackers.
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked
  • 10 ¾ ounces soup cream of chicken, undiluted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups crackers, buttery, crushed
  • ¼ c. butter, with salt,melted
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients;
  2. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7x1.5" baking dish.
  3. Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
