The simplest ingredients make delicious crackers that will hit the spot! Proving once again that hand made crackers beat anything you can purchase from the store.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon Crushed Dry Rosemary
  • ⅓ Cup buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350°
  2. Mix the first four ingredients with fork.
  3. Add in the buttermilk, mixing together.
  4. Roll out on lightly floured cookie sheet until paper thin
  5. Score with a butter knife
  6. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes
