The simplest ingredients make delicious crackers that will hit the spot! Proving once again that hand made crackers beat anything you can purchase from the store.
Ingredients
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon butter, softened
1 Tablespoon Crushed Dry Rosemary
⅓ Cup buttermilk
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350°
Mix the first four ingredients with fork.
Add in the buttermilk, mixing together.
Roll out on lightly floured cookie sheet until paper thin
Score with a butter knife
Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes
